Through somatic awareness, we develop a deeper and more readily accessible connection to presence. Presence allows for more choice in how we respond to the inevitably challenging moments of life by returning to the wisdom of the body over and over again. Through practice we begin to build stronger pathways that align our actions with what matters to us most. We are what we practice.
Sessions lasts 50 - 60 minutes and include conversation and somatic practices.
